Your rest and comfort are very important to us. All rooms have been thought of with your maximum comfort in mind so that you can spend excellent days in our company.
Carved from the old kitchen, from which the stone sink was preserved, we created laetitia, the most intimate room in the house. The view to the patio, similar to a small botanical garden and the antique illustrations serve as guardians of a bygone deeply romantic era.
At the back of the house, with its arrow-shaped windows from which you can look over a bucolic backyard our prima facie room exudes a subtle atmosphere of serenity under the feminine gaze expressed in the old engravings.
With its large south-facing window, sunkissed, our amicitia room welcomes you with warmth and invites you to share the history of the house and its inhabitants, as if meeting an old friend.
Tender moments, such as those revealed by our research, are part of the history of the house and the blandtiae room is a way of remembering those moments through old engravings, in a sunny and calm environment, lulled by the headboard’s soft blue hue.
The corner next to the balcony with its beautiful cast iron counter is the "ex libris" (highlight) of this room. The generous light flowing with the curtains, and the old engravings invite you to moments of rest and enchantment. As if reading a good book.
A room with the bed embedded in a cutout of an old door in the exposed stone wall, inter ludos invites you to rest among memories of play and pranks that hang on the walls in the shape of engravings.
Before you travel or decide where to go, quo vadis offers many journeys in itself- journeys through the house’s history. While the ceiling reveals the wooden weave of the original floor, the walls display old engravings, keeping travelers' eyes safe from the passage of time.
At the top of the house, with “eyes” for those who like to watch the stars, Boemia invites you to a comfortable stay while showcasing its cosmopolitan charm and avant-garde atmosphere that once populated the city and placed it ahead of its time.
With windows facing the sky and a terrace to see the moonlight, Claridade has all the comfort of a modern apartment inside the coziness of what was once the attic. Attic which is the guardian of Bacharéis House secrets and a reminder of times when Figueira da Foz was the Queen of Portugal’s beaches.
